I've been taking my vehicles to Jay's for the past year. My experience thus far has been one of total professionalism from the staff. They go out of their way to make the experience a positive one. I’ve been extremely happy with the work that they have performed on my vehicles. I would and have recommended Jay’s to my friends that are looking for a mechanic that will provide good service at a reasonable rate.

They didn’t re torque my rear tires down after checking my drum brakes. Had 1 tire come off while it was being driven to a different shop, bent 2 wheel studs & almost lost the second tire. Save your money, time, and patience and go somewhere else

Brought my rare JDM vehicle into Jay to see if he could help me out with a full re-paint, to my delight he was willing to take on the project and was very willing to let me document the process with pictures and even invited me into his shop to see how the job was moving along. I was very nervous about having this vehicle repainted because of the rarity but Jay nailed not only the quality of the paint intself but also customer service, he finished the job in a very timely manner and got me the best price he could. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend his services to anyone look for body or restoration work. THANK YOU.

I've had two vehicles I've taken to Jay's for work, a 95 F150 and a 09 Tacoma. He's done the work and then some on both vehicles with very respectable rates and the quality is unmatched in the area. When you speak with him you can tell he has a passion for working on vehicles and to enjoy your work like he does brings a whole new experience to having to get something worked on with your vehicle.The other thing he does which a lot of places don't is lets you know if something might become a worry down the line, which is extremely helpful to schedule the work in the future and avoid even more costs down the line. I would highly recommend Jay's to anyone who wants the work done correctly, by someone who actually cares. 11/10 from me.

I should have posted this at the time, but totally forgot. I had my F150 in for some work to get it certified. There was no hassle, they were good to keep me up to date and let me know what was going on. Even sent me pictures of the areas in question that needed the repairs. You'll have a hard time finding someone doing this quality of work for the prices they have. Thanks to the team there for their diligence!

Excellent service, excellent pricing

I went here to request a quote on some damage to my car. I received the quote (after being sent on a goose chase to multiple locations by 2 employees...that's a story for another day) and told them I would call back to book an appointment. The quote was reasonably priced for what it was and was the cheapest in the area.When I called to book, I left a message with all the details and they simply did not respond. I was hoping that they would eventually get back to me so I could leave a better review, but alas - more than 2 months have passed and I still haven't been contacted. I ended up taking my car to another body shop.They get a star for competitive pricing, but the customer service (or lack of) warrants 2 stars max.

We brought in a car for a safety inspection. It didn't pass and according to mechanic, the power steering pump was leaking like crazy, front struts were destroyed and serpentine belt was not good. Two days later the same car passed safety with no problem at Lennartz. Who is your mechanic? BTW this car was my daughter's and she is a nurse. She needed it to take care of people. You can be really proud of yourself.
