Made a appointment big mistake Arriving eight minutes early Worst experience ever went there for class one medical where i waited 40 minutes starting to pace and I bought a item The cashiers manager got mad at me getting me kicked out giving me my money back totally wasted a hour and a half Won’t be back either

Their answering machine, website, and Google site three different operating hours. I called on Saturday at noon with no response and left a message. I called Monday morning at 10:30 and left a message and I just called back at 4pm and again got the answering machine. No one has called me back and I stated on my message that I am experiencing heart palpitations, and I wanted to book an appointment. Still no response and this is my family doctor.

Waiting time is so long ,,, Even you make an appointment , you have to wait long. Moreover No one answer phone Calls if you have any questions don’t think they will answer your call same day or call back same day.

Dr Hancock has been our doctor for 18 yrs, he has a consistent personal positive bedside manner and treats everyone respectfully. The front end staff are always professional and ready to help in any ways possible. Weve moved around Alberta and always travel back to see him.

I've been seeing Dr. Hancock since 2011. He's a good family doctor. However, he is VERY busy, and wait times are always long whether you have an appointment or not. Try booking the first appointment in the morning, or after lunch to get in and out a bit faster. Dr. Hancock spends time with each of his patients, often with complex medical issues, and he has never rushed me out.

The wait times are always way too long. My appointment is consistently 4x shorter than the time I waited. It seems they prioritize driver medical over other types of appointments. Be prepared to be rescheduled and then wait and wait.

Absolutely incompetent. Not only did I make an appointment for a driver's medical they cancelled on me in less than 3 hours of my appointment. Being 8 months pregnant it's hard enough getting around let alone having to come back into the clinic for Hancock to correct his error. On top of it all he tries delegating the blame onto me as if I made the clerical error and it's my problem. Will be reporting his office and methods of practice.

My appointment with dr. Khan was supposed to be at 12 MD, it is1:17 p.m. and I am still waiting to call me to go in. The lady who is in front desk has not say any aplogy word, just said you are going to see doctor in a few minute but it was about half an hour before. It is my first and last time I am here. Never recommended.
