Very knowledgeable walked us through all of defects found and saved us tons of money before taking possession of our home. Harry also educated us on how to turn off our main waterline. I would recommend Harry and company to everyone I know, if I could give him 10 stars on here I would.

When I first started searching for inspectors around the Calgary, Alberta area, I couldn't find anyone that was promptly responsive, communicative or knew what they were doing. I came across Harry (Harmeet)'s IG page so I began investigating. I saw that this guy was knowledgeable and responsive, and he knew what I needed done without me explaining much so I hired him. Harry had taken the virtual tour of the home I needed inspected prior to the inspection date so I found out after that he came well prepared in advance which gave me ease-of-mind and confidence in the home inspecting process. Harry came to do the inspection of the home my wife and I were thinking of moving into and let me tell you what we thought. He took the entire day inspecting each room, from head to toe and pointing out all the problems we came across. I didn't even think that this would be possible to determine but Harry ensured it was a breeze. He climbed up the ladder and showed me what he came across, and ensured me that if I need any sort of help finding licensed plumbers and/or electricians; that he could point me to the right direction via recommendations. That evening, I received the inspection report via email (92 pages long in extreme depth which was impressive and on-time). Harry (Harmeet) delivered his services with quality performance; thus which is why I am giving you 5-Stars. Thank you Harry for making this stressful situation much easier on me.
