As a first time mom this experience was absolutely the worse. The first time I went there the lady was super friendly and nice. The second and third time I ended up with this other lady and she was very cold and robot like. There was absolutely no conversation or feeling of warmth being here. I understand they do the same thing day in and day out but at the end of the day some people who are going in for an ultrasound are experiencing the joy of motherhood for the first time. I do feel that if your in this profession there should be some sort of compassion and love for it. For my anatomy scan both my husband and I were very excited to find out what the gender of the baby. This appointment was an hour long whoch we were both prepares for. After holding my bladder for 45 mins starring at the ceiling with this robot technican who said nothing during the whole now asked me to go release my bladder. After doing so I had a bit more of a scan and this robot technican was also using the tool in a way that was starting to hurt my stomach (which later resulted in me not feeling well for the rest of the day cause I was feeling pain around my stomach). She then showed me the screen and when I asked her to let both my husband and I know the gender she mentioned she can't tell us. I felt EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED as a first time mom/parent! I knew my husband was also waiting for this moment so as soon as he walked in I mentioned to him that she won't tell us. i could tell on his face he felt disappointed. He asked her again and she said that she's not allowed to tell us. I'm just confused as to how others recieve a result of the gender during an ultrasound but this place is not able too? An ultrasound is an ultrasound and it's our right to know if we want too. I was so flustered that after getting into the car I opened the ultrasound picture and it was so heartbreaking cause the technican took a shot of the baby's head only. She clearly didn't want us to have any idea of what the gender was. What is wrong with her? Management really needs to reevaluate the people that work here especially if your encountering people's first moments of being a parent. Seriously have some empathy.Overall I wouldn't go here as a first time parent or for anything else for that matter. The experience has left me feeling sad and I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone. Horrible experience.

I dont recommend this place. I just had no choice but go to this one Cause I had to get my eft done before my second trimester starts. The technician was boring ! She wasnt communicating whatsoever. When I asked if I could hear my baby’s heartbeat she said “NO, THE BABY IS TOO SMALL SO YOU WONT HEAR IT” which was concerning to me. I had my u/s in Credit Valley before and they’d let me hear it on the first scan; but in this place it’s a different story. So I called my doctor and asked if my baby was okay since the tech said the baby was too small. I came to know that the baby was fine and the tech could’ve let me hear the heartbeat. Then i had my second u/s with them again since my doc said I had to go to the same place so it’s easier for the results to come in, so I went and same boring lady and this time she was rude! Raised her voice at me for not having water in my bladder. Anyways, 2mins later she finally saw my bladder was full. When I asked if I could find out the gender, she said NO again! If this was a health problem, I know they dont disclose any of it but if it’s the gender, they are allowed to tell the patient!!! I had to wait for two weeks to find out the gender from my doctor. But Idk if I should trust the result they’ve sent to my doctor. And As for the sonogram pics, my husband and I were so unhappy and disappointed! The fact that my husband wasnt able to join me in the clinic, the sonogram would’ve been nice for my husband to see BUT it was blurry and just cheeks of the baby that was shown —on both appointments!!! How disappointing!!!For all the new moms and future moms who will get an ultrasound, I dont recommend this place . You’ll be disappointed .

One of the best experiences I have had so far. The staff at the diagnostic clinic are extremely attentive to the needs of the patient. My technician was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during the entire visit. The doctor who also attended to me during the visit was very thorough, explained the details of the procedure step by step and helped made a usually uncomfortable experience as best as it could be. Highly recommend this Diagnostic clinic. Great staff!!!

The staff are not friendly and welcoming at all. It is my first ultrasound and I’m not even allowed to get a copy of my ultrasound. I was so looking forward to get a copy of my ultrasound as it’s my first pregnancy but they didn’t give me a copy. Will definitely not come back here. It was not a good experience for me.

It's a decent clinic, some things depend on which technician you have. I had a good experience with one and would specifically request her and they allowed that. I never felt any technician was rude but some are more personable than others. The only thing was I had my anatomy scan done here (18-20 weeks), my daughter was born with a large VSD and small ASD (congenital heart defect) but neither was detected, we found out after she was born. However, I am hesitant to blame anyone for that since I've heard it's not too uncommon to be missed.

Went here for my anatomy scan yesterday (25th August) and the experience was heartbreaking! As a first timer, I've been counting down to this day for the longest time. Got there and found myself staring at the ceiling for the longest time. No communication whatsoever from the woman. Even when I ask questions she just gives me 1 word answers. When she was done and was already trying to discharge me, I was like I'll like to see my baby please" and she just turned the screen to me and said "there's your baby's head

I am absolutely pleased and so thankful to technician Vandana, who did my ultrasound. Due to recent health issues, I have gone to few clinics and can definitely say that by far she was the Best. She was efficient, calm, talked a little to give comfort and extremely professional.Thank you, Vandana for doing a Brilliant job. You definitely deserve a five star and your clinic is lucky to have you.Best wishes.

I just like places where the experience is very personal especially as a first timer with first pregnancy ! And the tech was not very friendly nor welcoming. She was like a machine/robot.. had pretty much the same experience as some of the people below ! ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO speak to anyone over the phone, keeps ringing with no answer. Other than that, place is neat ! They pay for your parking ticket.

Today I was here in the afternoon with my son for an ultrasound and on our way in, there were multiple posters that were on the walls and front door that you can easily see that said that masks are required to enter. Everyone in the waiting room and the lady with black long hair behind the front desk were wearing masks but then some family came without their masks and although they weren't there for as long as the rest of us were, they still were there. So I asked them where their masks are but the lady at the front desk interrupted me and told me that they're fine because they are leaving soon but I told her that they should still be wearing masks since they are required. This is unfair and rude because masks are required for everyone inside but the lady made an exception. I don't recommend this place because even the workers won't follow the rules, it's rude, and they seem to like one kind of people than others. Please take a look at the clinic's photo's that show that there are indeed posters on the walls and doors
