Eldorado Marina

We love the Eldorado and my family and I will continue to go BUT I am so sad that the menu is…very little, not much on it unfortunately. I’m also sad that any and all food is cut off by 9pm throughout the week. We are a busy home so 8 and 9pm dinners are not out of the ordinary. Love the staff, love the atmosphere, love the location…I just think it could do better.

We had a lovely evening at The Eldorado. Excellent friendly service and a great menu.Definitely a 5 star visit. The deck area is beautiful and a must see and sit.

Such a fun experience!! We can't wait to rent a boat and head out onto the Okanagan Lake AGAIN!!!

Best boat launch, awesome place to meet if friends are joining, so nice to be right at the El for a bite to eat.If you can't get a spot in the lot, you can park down the road a bit, its not a bad walk.There is a full service gas and everything else you need on the dock. They are currently renovating the dock to be like the new one at Manteo next door, can't wait to see it this summer!!Sunsets from this location are incredible!

My partner and I rented the two-person waverunner last Friday (June 24th) and I think we were helped by Vanessa. She was wonderful from start to finish. The rental process was seamless, the licensing was taken care of quickly and we were greeted with that huge smile of hers upon our return.Can't recommend this place enough!

It’s a decent marina, but the lift my group used got stuck multiplie times in different times which ended up leaving the boat lopsided, with a few scratches. In the past there were no issues, and we’ll continue to use them when we return to Kelowna for the sake of convenience. The boat house is great for ice and ice cream, they also have food which I have not tried.

I don't usually give a place I didn't actually visit yet a five star review. However, the customer service from the Eldorado Marina was exceptional and I think deserves its own recognition. I don't live in Kelowna, but come often to visit my in-laws. I had booked a double kayak for myself and my partner, but something came up and we needed to reschedule our reservation for the next day. The marina had no problem switching for us, and was very flexible. However unfortunately the next morning we needed up testing positive for covid and had to cancel our reservation. Despite having moved us the day before and then having us cancel in the end, they still refunded my deposit without me asking and were very kind about the situation. I have already relayed this story to a friend of mine in town who regularly rents both kayaks and motorized boats, and he says the Eldorado just gained a new customer. As soon as I'm back in Kelowna, my partner and I are heading straight to the marina to rent and giving the staff a huge thank you. Thanks again for making this terrible covid situation feel just a little more bearable.

Always a favourite spot to stop in on our paddleboards and have a delicious bite and beverage even in late October! Good food, great staff and a beautiful place to be on the lake in Kelowna!

Rented a boat here with my family. Staff were VERY accommodating and took the time to answer all my questions and ensure I was on the right boat for what I wanted to do.. Mia was especially helpful. Will definitely be back.The only point of improvement I’d suggest is NOT to call clients while they are out and about asking what time they’ll be back. It was a bit odd. If the rental is until 8pm then expect them back at 8pm. Please don’t call at 6pm to inquire. If paying for 8 hours then there should be zero pressure to return early.
