This store is located at a very good place, nearby Sheridan college and bus stop. You can get almost everything here. Good quality, beautiful and with discounts. Bigger discounts in Black Friday. Christmas decorations are really nice and if you visit there, surely you will buy something. There is also vacancy for all positions if anyone is in need.

This store has so much to offer!!! Fully stocked, beautiful displays, friendly staff. These Disney kitchen displays were SO eye-catching I almost bought them all lolLove these Cuisinart Mats!!! They are so nice and comfortable - not to mention SO well priced.I was very impressed with the Brampton store....will be visiting again :)

I got the brake pads and rotor replacement job done with Canadian Tire at Shoppers World brampton in apr 2022. After a few weeks, i started getting friction noise whenever i applied brakes. Initially, the noise was intermittent and would appear after driving a bit in the morning, however later the noise increased significantly. I reported the issue to the CT service technician, who reviewed my issue and also did a test drive, but they could not diagnose the problem. Now, after a year, i had to replace the brake pads again in some other service company. I am very disappointed with the Canadian tire. Poor quality brake pads were installed on my Corolla.

Automotive customer service is awful. I had an appointment and they still took 1 hour 45 mins for tire swap (when they told me less than an hour). They charged me someone else's invoice which caused me to wait another 20 mins. They were giving me so much attitude like it was my fault. Only reason they have a job is because of us customers. Worst thing is they didn't apply the 10% discount they have posted outside the store. I didn't realize until I got home. Awful!

Other than a small dispute with one of the department managers, my experience is always a pleasure at this location. Very well-stocked and very organized store.I love the fact that they have the party city balloon section! So much faster than going to party city for balloons

We went to return an electronic item which we bought just a day ago. Customer service personnel named Stephanie didn’t seem to be much cooperative. She said that item cannot be returned as its packing was open. The packing was in perfect condition, despite she declined to do the return. She asked us to find an exchange item from the similar department. On approaching second time, she mentioned “she is doing a favour on us by getting us exchange item. After approaching customer service 3rd time, another personnel resolved our issue by thinking out of the box. Bravo to the 2nd personnel and wish for Stephanie to be more cooperative, and certainly, she is NOT doing favours, issues should be dealt with professional way.

Pathetic service.The boy I asked for help first was busy helping other people while ignoring me completely and stood me up for 10 mins like I have all the time in the world.At least keep educated and helping staff who wants to do their job and not just come to work with dead and least interested faces.That boy will bring your business down because of his pathetic customer service.

I’ve been coming to this CT for many years! Great staff and great service. It is sometimes busy and gets overwhelming. Parking lot is mostly packed in the evenings and weekends. They do need to put more cameras out front as sometimes people do not stop for pedestrians going into the store.

It’s stupid policy Canadian tire,24 hours ago I bought new battery,when I talk to mehanice He said you old battery under warranty,so I tri to return back in Canadian tire,His name verna maybe I dono,He said I don’t get return back my manager come back tomorrow he look first than return back,it’s brand new no touch one time,,I add pictures if you have like this policy tell the people first who buy new parts,Don’t waste time the customer,next time buy to any local delar,
