I have been going to Dermace for a while now and I love it! My technician is Nadia and she is very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend her, she makes the treatments as painless as possible and I have been seeing great results! The environment is also very clean and well kept.

Got my appointment cancelled on the spot although I booked and filled out forms hours beforehand. Would have preferred she read my file before and let me know I was unable to do the treatment to save me the drive as well as the rearranging of my schedule. Website said nothing about accutane and laser contradictions nor did they email me or answer my countless calls to confirm my appointment was all set.

Absolutely worst customer service experience. I have been trying to call them to book/change appointments and no one picks up their phones or answers texts. Then they tell you its too last minute to cancel and threaten to charge you $50 no show fee (they didn't charge me because they didn't have my credit card on file).

Staff are nice, place is clean BUT if you need changing your appointment , good luck! You have to send multiple emails before anyone cares to answer. This is the second time i wanted to reschedule, after 3 emails , still no response.

I've received 4 facial hair removal laser treatments. The first 3 sessions worked, and I noticed hair loss on my face. However, on the 4th treatment (a different technician) and it literally had no effect. I've tried to communicate with the staff about this concern multiple times, but they literally said it doesn't matter how I feel or think of the result, kept cutting what I was saying, and humiliated me for not understanding the procedure. This is how they treat their customer if we raise our concerns. 5 minutes of a quick session, and they take $77 while offering this kind of customer service. Avoid this place for your sanity!

I'm leaving a 3 start because o don't want to discount the good experience I had over the years but the recent situation is just un-called for. Ended up in the north york location to know that they have changed floors. I made an appointment in markham first, showed up and see that there is no clinic. I tried to call no one was picking up and no answering machine set up. At least leave some kind of sign somewhere to let your customers know which floor and suite you are in. I later see that they have charged me $50 for no show. How was it my fault that I was a no show, when I didn't know where to go. This is ridiculous.

I have been coming here for the past 3 months for laser hair removal sessions and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Nadia takes very good care of me, makes sure I am comfortable and is very clean with her work. The clinic is clean, the front desk is welcoming and they have the best prices with the best laser machine. Nadia and the team are great! definitely visit this clinic!!

In one word worst experience with new lady.Never going back again l. Did not get the service we paid for and they did not use proper gel to protect skin and temperature was very hot and did not provide glasses to protect eyes. I will never go back. Worst customer service .

Hello I have been trying to cancel my appt for last 2 days multiple times and there is no answer on the phone (and cannot leave messages) and my texts are not being returned (I've sent it to a number where somebody has responded to me before). Nor does the app let me cancel. I have tried to give ample notice but there's just no way to communicate with your office. This is the only place I can leave my message to let you know. Thanks.
