Had a wonderful experience at Captive Escape rooms. The blind tiger was very challenging but rewarding to finish. Gloria and Fozi were extremely helpful and kind. Would definitely go again when im in the area and would recommend their escape rooms

We've done two rooms here and didn't like either very much. Not much variation and just locks. There wasn't really anything special here. Looks old and a bit run down, doesn't seem very well maintained. Decorations were boring and stories weren't that great. Both were quite easy.The Farm- two of the locks broke and we accidentally skipped half the room- only lock puzzles so not much varietyCharlotte's Attic- had some old smelly things in the room that were a bit gross- again, mostly puzzles to unlock locks

Had a great time at captive, Madison and Doug were helping us. They were both helpful and made the whole room more enjoyable. Excited to do more rooms here! Would highly recommend.

This place is really cool and they personalize the experience to make it special to the group you are with. They give hints when asked in the most spoiler-free way possible. We did the 13 rooms puzzle. It was really intriguing. Most puzzles are association based. Difficulty was as advertised. Highly recommend this place. Can't wait for the next one!

I thoroughly enjoyed the wide range of rooms and games offered at this establishment. The diversity in options provided a delightful experience. However, I believe it would be beneficial for the management to reconsider their pricing strategy. While the quality of the experience was commendable, the prices seemed slightly steep, making it less accessible for a broader audience. By reevaluating the pricing structure, the venue could potentially attract more customers and create an even more inclusive and enjoyable environment for all.

As far as escape rooms go it is mediocre. We spent an excessive amout of time figuring out" things that relied far more on shitluck than actual deduction. Other feedback: if the room is going to be in complete darkness

Took my family for the first time to the Captive Escape Rooms on Elm Street, Toronto, yesterday and had a blast.Gillian was better than the best.As a small business owner myself, I am more than aware of how important it is to have great people work for you. Gillian went way above and way beyond her regular call of duty. I don't know what you pay her, but whatever it is, you should double it. Had a great time in the Blind Tiger room! Definitely challenging but it was great to do with a group of friends. Gloria and Fozi were super welcoming and helpful throughout the whole process. Would recommend!
