Wish I could give 0 star to them, they put my name on the Granite I chose for myself to cut, but they did cut completely different piece and tried to force me to get the one they cut. When I requested refund, they said they will give me discount. They said there is a water on it that’s why colour is different. Later they accepted that it was a different piece as the piece I selected was outside in the snow and they found this different piece inside their storage so they cut wrong piece. If I haven’t noticed it, I would have been robbed by these guys.Wasted my 2 weeks and for this bad experience, there was no proper resolution. There are many other people who are better, keep looking for someone else.

In June 2021, I purchased the TCE4002 ‘quartz’ from Calgary Granite & Marble. I initially bought a smaller piece for a dining table top, which looked great. After noticing a small stain on the table in the first few days, Lynn Nguyen recommended I use Vim to try to remove it, which seemed to do the trick, so I ordered the same product for kitchen countertops. I can’t express how much I regret that decision. Everything seems to leave a mark, even a cup of water. I’ve spent countless hours scrubbing the surface with bottle after bottle of vim, between spritzes of bleach, and still can’t get the counter looking clean. The porous marble in my bathroom is easier to keep clean than this product.The company's customer service was no better. When my invoice was higher than the signed quote, Lynn explained that part of the additional charge was because they rounded up the width of the countertops to 26” (my cuts were 24”), which is fine if that’s the companies policy, but it should be noted pre-installation; the other charge was for two backsplash pieces that I hadn’t asked for but that they had cut mistakenly. In an email response to my request to have the quote revised, Lynn said, “it will be a waste if you don’t take them. This is not fair for us to do something, and we don’t get paid”. It wasn’t until I mentioned submitting a complaint to the BBB that Lynn did a 180 and decided to correct the quote. Some of the things she said made me quite uncomfortable, and it surprised me to read that other customers have had a good experience with her and the company. If you purchase a product from Calgary Granite & Marble, I hope your experience is better than mine.(Photos show the progression of removing a stain from a frying pan that sat on the counter for under 10 minutes. I worked on it for several weeks but never fully got it out).

Very poor customer service, save your money and go elsewhere. Was given the wrong estimate - they failed to check the cost and availability of the quartz that I wanted (as it was from a different supplier) as we were ready to pick a install. They did not honor their original estimate because Joe made a mistake" (even though it is confirmed on email conversations). Mistakes happen

Lynn did a great job in matching the counter top for our new kitchen island. She was quick to respond and paid attention to detail in the order. The service was fast, efficient and done when they said it would be done. They kept me informed through the entire process. The young gentleman that measured and the installers were careful, professional and efficient. Over all, a great job.

We want to say thank you to Al and Vernon. They were so considerate and friendly. The cutting of our stone was perfect! They cleaned up the dust residue and left our kitchen spotless. We will recommend Calgary Granite & Marble to our family and friends.

Calgary Granite & Marble were absolutely amazing! We’re 4 hours away from Calgary and they measured on a Sunday and installed the following Thursday!

Lynn was our main point of contact while we renovated our kitchen counters and she was fantastic, as was her team. Communication was easy and prompt. They were very clear in setting expectations right from the start in terms of costs and time frame. They worked in a timely fashion and we are thrilled with the end product!Would recommend and would use this business again for future projects! Thank you!

We have had quartz installed previously in other homes and found customer service and communication lacking at Calgary Granite. For example, the installer showed up unexpectedly one day to do the install even though not all materials were available.When the installation proceeded several weeks later we were the middle job of three jobs with the team also travelling from Calgary to the east Kootenay. They were tired and rushed and as a result did an incomplete and shoddy job.If asked by friends and neighbours we would not recommend Calgary Granite

Excellent service and great prices! Most importantly, they keep their promises and deadlines. Fast and efficient!

We are building a custom house with Shane homes and they contract Calgary Granite & Marble for all their quartz work. We had our post job meeting today to go over the slabs that will be installed in our home. The BOSS" I believe him name is Bim personally toured us through the warehouse. We are installing a full backsplash slab for out Kitchen and it had to be done with 2 slabs. So this meeting was to show us the actual slabs and to make sure the seem will not be visible and the slabs are matched best to make it look like one slab. The grain of the two pieces will have to best matched for this job. We had concerns and questions and Bim explained the process to us and answered all our questions. He even took us to view our countertop slabs as we are also doing waterfall island. After speaking with him he even pushed up our installation date to start this week. We are very excited to see the finished product. The staff were very friend when we arrived to the show room. We will be sure to post pictures of the complete job.
