B & D is excellent! Owen and Aaron came to help me this morning with my water heater pilot light issue. They were very quick, friendly, professional, and informative. It was very reasonable, as well. I will definitely be referring others to B & D in the future. Very happy first time customer!

Heating went out overnight and temperatures outside were well into the negatives. The inside of the house was definitely getting very cold! Called right when B&D opened and told them my problem. They were able to schedule a technician to come out and I was very grateful. About 30 minutes after scheduling the appointment, I got a call back saying they had an earlier availability and asked if I would prefer that. Talk about service! The Technician Austin was extremely professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Thank you for fixing my furnace!

Couldn’t keep the pilot lit on my stand alone shop furnace. B&D was the first company I called and they came out right away to look at it. The technician looked at it for 20 minutes and told me that the heat exchanger was cracked and we needed to replace the whole thing for $4700. We had 3 other professionals look at it after that and they all agreed the heat exchanger had no cracks and was fine. I ended up going with a different local company. They replaced one part and cleaned the whole thing out for us for $500. VERY unprofessional to lie to a potential customer to get them to replace the whole unit when it just needed a simple replacement part. I will never do business with them and warn everyone else to get a second opinion.

Isaak and Christian did a great job. I was asking for a natural gas line to be nstalled for grill. They were friendly and explained what they needed to do. They were efficient in getting the project done, tested the grill to know it worked and cleaned up. Also they were friendly and respectful. Would call B&D again if I needed service.

Aaron, the tech who came out,was very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. We had a leak that he found, showed me the issue, then fixed the problem. As he ran into more issues while working on the repair, he stopped, showed me the issue, and explained what he needed to do to fix it. B & D will be our go to plumber's for now on.

Chad and Jackson did amazing with the mess of the trainwreck basement bathroom we had. Looks amazing and took no time at all. Infact they are coming back next week to install another toilet in our primary!

I had plumbing issues and when I made the service call everyone was helpful and were very helpful to get me on the schedule (not an 8 hour window and not an 8 day appointment) they had the tech onsite the next day and a 30 minute window. The tech Royce" was fantastic....knowledgeable
