Enterprise Truck Rental

Staff members at enterprise are very helpful they listen to you, understand your requirements go over and beyond too find the right option for you. I am not to sure if this review will be visible to rest of my fellow Canadians but if you are reading my review I will give everyone this advise for choosing enterprise car and truck rental over any other rental anywhere other rentals are there to scam you buy whatever means. The most transparent rentals award goes to enterprise and specifically brampton location at Kennedy. They are THE BEST rentals. You should have a prosperous happy new year.

I reserve crew cab pick up truck a week early before pick up at the fisherman location. A day before pick up they have called to make sure I was coming to pick up the truck the next day. On the day of the pick up, the truck was not ready. They told me to meet up with them at the dealer ship where it was getting fix/washed. When the keys were handed to me I notice it was not the truck I reserved. I’ve asked the employee if that was a full crew cab and he said yes when it was obviously a smaller truck. Before I check out on the truck he had already told me that it was good to go and he took off and went back to fisherman location.Thats when I notice the services was very unprofessional. I haven’t sign off yet and I already had a truck on rent under my name. I called back the fisherman branch about all the issues and they apologized and told me the queen location will have the right size truck waiting for us. When we got there they told us they have not heard anything about our situation and can’t help us. But they did told us to check out enterprise truck rental where it was just next door.At this time we were very frustrated and already a few hours late for our trip. When we went to the truck rental branch we dealt with Albert and Iqminder. We told them about our situation and I’ve never been more impressed with their customer services. They were already dealing with other customers and in the same time dealing with us. They took care of our issue with the fisherman location. Even though the truck they provide us was more then what we needed, they made it work out with pricing and our needs. Albert who works in the office also came out and mop the bed of the truck and had it clean and ready for us. Excellent customer service from Albert & Iqminder from enterprise truck rental!!!

Be Aware!! Bunch of thieves, ready to pay thousand of dollars. When returning, if you don’t take their insurance. Scammed me for 4k!! For minor scratch on roof!! be Aware!!

Worst business ethics, trying to pull the smart one on the customer with a insurance scam. Minor scratches are like wear and tear on any vehicle driving thousand of miles by previous customers. They will try to put all the previous dents and scratches on you and ask for thousands of dollars. Scums like them don’t deserve customer loyalty.

The staff goes above and beyond for their customers and help save every bang for the buck.The manager of this place Mr. Gianni (apologies if I spelled that incorrectly) is the kind of employee that should be representing a company, the way he deals with customers and makes sure the customers are fully comfortable and clear when leaving the facility.

I have rented from the Queen St location twice now. The first time was perfectly fine. The second time was HORRIBLE!! I called everyday for a week trying to get a hold of someone to book a rental, no one answered. I finally reserved the Cargo van online. When I went to pick it up, it was ready and I spoke with Albert about my frustrations in trying to contact them initially. He said there was an issue with the phones and apologized. I could accept that... not a problem. Returned the vehicle everything was fine until my receipt blew out the window. As this was for work; I needed to have the receipt so I called back everyday for 3 weeks straight! Again NO ANSWER!! There wasn’t even a voicemail for me to leave a message. It is a 45 minute drive from my work to the closest enterprise truck rental (Brampton) I had to go in late to work because no one could be bothered to answer the phone. When I got there, I said I was there for a reprint of a receipt. The manager was helping another client so I waited patiently. When it was my turn, I gave him the information and again expressed my frustration in not being able to reach anyone for three weeks. His answer to me was that they had a management shift and have been short staffed. If that is the case....set up voicemail so you can call clients back at a later time. He then tried to print off my receipt and was having difficulty with the printer not working. I asked him if it would be easier for him to email it to me which is what I was trying to request had someone answered the phone earlier. He said yes, took down my email address and contact number and assured me he would be sending it to me that day and would call to confirm that it was done! 2 days later..... still have not heard from them or received the email.... and to top it all off.... this new gentle man I spoke with is the new manager!!!!!! NOT IMPRESSED!! I was going to have a corporate account set up but I would rather my large organization go elsewhere for their truck and van rentals! This is not worth the hassle! DO NOT go to the Brampton location if you are looking for a fast response.... you will be waiting months for someone to get back to you.

Absolutely great 5 star experience! Shira was helpful in selecting the Van I needed, Van was clean and i would go back in future for sure. Definitely recommend Enterprise Truck Rental!

Everything was great until...I returned the truck after hours and used the key drop. Apparently someone stole the catalytic converter from the returned truck and one other. Since no one from Enterprise was there I was on the hook for the $1000 deductible until Enterprise accepted responsibility and covered all. Amazing! Enterprise is an exception in this day in age. I was extremely impressed by their actions. They just locked me in as a customer on any future rentals!

Take pictures and videos of the rental vehicle including the roof . These guys are blaming for a scratch on the roof yes the roof of a cargo van . I'm being charged 1100 dollars for a scratch on the roof which I never did . Not happy

The location is very unorganized and unprofessionally managed. I went pick up my truck, seems customer service rep was in hurry. I booked in advance and got all the details finalized however at pickup, was about to charged extra until i corrected. Not sure was a mistake or trying to be smart. Also my meter reading was not mentioned. Thank god i took picture before starting. Truck was full of snow. Had to shovel myself before usingTruck have no washer Fluid. When i complained, i was told i am lieing. The agent was so rude and handed over the phone to another gentleman “Zafir” who was notch above. He tried to demean me stating “ we r million dollar company” “ you are wasting my time” etc etc.pathetic experience. Would not recommend
