Stay far away from this dishonest shop!!!!Had my truck in for a basic tune. 4.8 to a 6L engine swap and small cam. They burnt out my ecu (said it was bad. I had been driving the truck with that ecu since 2010 so I’m sure it was ok) they replaced my oxygen sensors, took off my inner fenders and just put them in the back of my box cause they said they spent too much time for what I was paying??? (I never asked them to remove my fenders, also not needed to put oxygen sensors on that way either) they also lost all my hardware that I put the fenders on with.Renado told me I had to buy an ecu after they broke it. What a joke of a shop.They charged me $3000 when original quote was $1300.After all said and done truck stalls, has no power and gas gauge was off.Had a real dyno shop tune my trunk.He said all RSP did was put a stock 4.8 tune with high idle. I would come to a stop and my truck would start revving high, which now I understand why it did that. New tuner said, his words “this tune is a wreck, RSP just copied a tune file that’s it, no real tuning done”He couldn’t understand why they had such a hard time for such an easy tune. He wiped out RSP tune and started over taking 4hrs total, while RSP had my truck for a week. Yes a week! My truck runs great now! If anyone wants a professional tuner pm me so you don’t experience anything like I did with RSP Motorsports!My new tuner is a fraction of RSP prices and you will get an honest tune.RSP just shows you how much Hp your vehicle makes to the tires, with no tuning improvements. A REAL dyno shop shows you the improvements they made in HP and Torque while they tuned your vehicle and show improvements on paper.I asked for a partial refund for poor workmanship and they don’t do that.They don’t stand bye there work period.Update - just had International Dyno Authority in Ottawa tune my truck. Amazing guys and very smart. Had my truck running the best it has ever run in 4 hrs total. Not a week like RSP. So smooth now and very good on gas with tons of power.

Right from the first contact, service advisors and mechanics were pleasant, prompt and efficient in their dealings with me. Because my issue was intermittent, they were unable to fix the problem this visit, but the service was so efficient I will be back once I can replicate the problem. Staff were so engaged that they noticed the cleanliness of the car and wanted to clean it before delivering it back to me. That has never happened to me before and came as a pleasant surprise.
