I couldn't ask for better service. Steven from Golden Rule worked with my schedule and arrived right on time. He undertook his work efficiently and welcomed my questions along the way. His manner was professional throughout and I enjoyed having him over to (on on top of) my home. His pride in his craft was contagious and inspiring. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else needing roof work.

Really happy that I chose Golden Rule. One of very few roofing companies who even bothered to reply to our request for help, let alone show up.We moved into our house mid-October, and prior to purchase, our house inspector told us the roof was in wonderful repair. Definitely not true!!! We have had a few different issues with leaks since we moved in. A different company came out prior to Golden Rule but they weren't able to fix the problem; and we were getting tired and frustrated with dealing with leaks and trying to tarp our roof at night and in the rain. Golden Rule, however, came out and found the problem right away, ordered us a new skylight, installed it the day after it arrived, and now everything is dry, even after days of heavy rain! So glad we finally found the right company for the job. Thanks guys!

Fist off I like to start by thanking Steven and his team at Golden rule roofing.From the first call with Steven to the end of getting the investment bill ,the whole experience was seamless, honest, transparent and enjoyable.He made shore we where always in the know with what was happening and why , he gave us opinions on what he would do if was his place and then next best or next best after that. Always there when said they would be and informed us if anything changed.He has very high standard in his work I would say golen rule roofing are Craftman eg the metal bending work that was done was incredible was like art in its self.I feel very confident in there work and that our house is now protected for many many years to come worry free.You are definitely get top value and dollar when making the decision to go with steven and his team, you really do get what you pay for.One of best investments I've made .Very happy and would/ do recommend them and when I get new house I will be getting them over again.

Over the past two and one half days I have watched a great display of conscientious and professional workmanship by employees of Golden Rule Roofing to install a roof on my house. I am very pleased with the result which I watched take place and have a good knowledge of what was done to complete the project. Steven and Brendan from Golden Rule Roofing are very professional and run a very tight business. Brendan's crew from Duncan came down to help with tear off and between the Victoria & Duncan crew, they were able to complete the roof in 3 days (with chimney demolition and some rot repair). I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new roof, in any condition.
