We had a fantastic time! Worth the trip for sure. The kids enjoyed themselves so much. The lines were a little long but that is only because the tubing runs were so fun, no fault on the festival for sure! Good times were had by all :) we will be back next year

Joke of an effort. Long lines, lame activities and creepy costumes. Don't waste your time here. Go walk the Gatineaus then hit any of the excellent regional toboggan hills to enjoy the winter.

It's a super nice place to bring your kids during winter. It has lots of places slide and other activities such as small races. The staff is usually pretty funny and friendly (e.g. the mascots). There's some nice detailed snow sculptures too. The waiting time to go slide is pretty long however, with the lines being very long.

We had a great time with the family! The lines were really long on the first day. The second day we went early and got in line right away and got to use the tubing hill. Only three of the five runs were open so it took a little longer. The kids loved the wood carving and watching zip lining. The drum line was really cool and the dragon! The kids area near the food was really good. The poutine was unreal!!! Not enough signs telling people about poutine. Overall it made for a great weekend !

Family friendly, food and entertainment. Parking can be a little tricky. Lots to keep little ones busy. They also have warm up stations, beaver tails and hot chocolate

A waste of time.. there was only one activity open and the lineup was over an hour long, most activities were closing at 4:15 even though the website says 6:00, and the lineup for Tim Horton or beaver tail was also too long.. but I guess they'll brag about how many people went to it regardless of whether they had a good time or not

Wasent horrible but parking is crazy far and so many people with not to many things to do this year hope next year is better

On vacation to see winterlude in Ottawa and went to snowflake kingdom on February 8th and they said it was closed for an unknown reason. The guy at the gate said come back tomorrow it will be open. :( Why have these events during winterlude if you are not going to keep them open? Also there are 2 direction signs for snowflake kingdom don't follow the first sign go to the second sign down the road.
