A lil late but on June 26 at around 1AM I ordered just chicken and just lamb on ubereats. I’ve tried every Osmows in the GTA trying to find who gives the best quality overall and just wanna say special thank you to whoever made those plates, that was the most delicious absolute best I’ve ever gotten from every Osmows location

I ordered a falafel wrap with guava juice but the juice didn’t arrive in the order. I understand that you guys are busy but you should double check the order or provide a refund for the order that you messed.

I've been coming here since they opened and I can say that it has really changed. The prices have gone up and the servings are very stingy comparatively to when they opened.The initial appeal of going here, when compared to competitors, was that they were generous with protein and garlic sauce. The aspects is stingy and and the food is dry now. Now that that they are cutting portions and increasing prices, it's not worth the price.If you look at pictures of food that they served from 4 years ago and compare it to now you can see what I'm saying.

I’ve yet to visit a location, where I have not been impressed!Cleanliness - On pointFood quality - 10/5 in flavour and consistency(no matter what location!)Portion size - Enough to feed a hungry bear(or man)Staff attitude - Smiles and welcoming atmosphere all around!!!While this location is a little smaller than others, it offers a cozy feeling and encourages people to sit closer together and enjoy.Wouldn’t change a thingSee you soon Osmow’s fam!!!

Visited this location on a Wednesday evening around 7:30. It had a few seated tables eating and a few customers waiting. There was only one associate working the cash and although she was very kind, she was overwhelmed. She messed up our order and did apologize for it, which I appreciate. The issue was the kitchen took a good 20 minutes to correct the order by which time the rest of our take our was cold. I will say that all of the food was still delicious. With the exception of one of the younger females working the counter all of the staff was also very polite, but perhaps just a bit overwhelmed.

I have been a regular at Osmow's Shawarma for years now and I have to say that the quality of their food has always been exceptional. From their juicy and flavorful shawarmas to their crispy and perfectly seasoned fries, everything on their menu is just mouth-watering. Not to mention the friendly and attentive staff who always make me feel welcome. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Middle Eastern cuisine.

I did not have a pleasant experience here. Staff are very rigged about changing anything on the menu and very cheap. Also, I ordered a drink and I was told to go grab it. It was inside the kitchen so I have to go behind the counter and go get it.They asked for heat level and I asked for very hot.. it’s not like they use a spider sauce, they use the same sauce and simple soak your meal.The food itself was not that great. The Chicken was dry and the beef was not shawerma, it felt like mushed beef.The ceased salad is awful. It was not mixed and the dressing is intense.

Usually i order their chicken saj wrap,but recently I tried the Beef saj wrap. It was loaded with so many flavours. I liked the beef one most. Definitely it’s going to be my favourite item from osmow’s. And they have a lot of options for the ingredients,so that you can choose your favourites. also you can choose the spice level and sauce. And if you order one wrap,that would be enough for your one complete meal because the size is pretty enough for one person.
