Stain Away, Inc.

Stain away was not able to remove even minor stains from our carpet. When I tried to contact the company to complain, I was unable to reach them with either of the phone numbers I have for the business—I called multiple times and the number would just ring and ring and eventually disconnect. Very dissatisfied with this service.

I called several local companies to get pricing and information about their cleaning process. The receptionist was very helpful in deciding to schedule my cleaning with them. We had several small areas done as a general cleaning with some additional areas that had pet staining. Our cream carpets came out clean and look nice and bright. Matt was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to accommodate the areas I needed cleaned while also sticking within my budget. I feel that Matt genuinely cared about giving the client great service and customer satisfaction seemed to be of much importance to him. I would use Stain Away for any future cleanings and would definitely request Matt.

We were very pleased with the work that Stain Away did at my place of work. The receptionist was very friendly and helped to get the job set up even around late closing times at the club.
