Ryan and his team were wonderful! Their attention to detail was amazing! Jaybird also took great care in preserving our little backyard sanctuary. When all others wanted it removed to access the job! Jaybird exterior was the best decision we made for our home. I had a vision of what I wanted our home to look like, and Ryan and his team made it happen. As the Reno was a full exterior , Ryan gave me 3 different price points (different materials) to choose from outlining the benefits of each. The guys worked efficiently and cleaned up at the end of every day. They came when they were scheduled and arrived on time. If I had a question during the Reno, someone always answered my question in a timely manor. I would highly recommend this company, both for the professionalism and workmanship. Ryan and his crew installed two exterior doors and repaired soffit, facia and eves on our century home. Everything was done as promised and he even threw in a window installation of an air conditioner venting hose. They were very organized, and professional, tidying up perfectly at the end of each day. I would definately recommend them and no doubt will be calling on them again in the future.

Ryan installed the siding, metal roof, frieze board, facia and soffit on my house and it really couldn’t look better. What is more, Ryan is a genius when it comes to things like positive flashing, so I can rest comfortably at night knowing that I will never have to worry about rain leaking in ever again.

Start to finish. The best experience. A quote was given(the final price was lower!!!!!) Prompt,clean,great communication. Will definitely be using them in the future. Our house is from 1910.....so we'll need to get some repairs. Ryan and the crew are a benefit to the industry.

Jaybird Renovations did the siding on our home. What impressed us most was how particular they were about everything they did right from the start. Every single piece of debris was picked up not a single scrap of anything found later. We hired Jaybird Renovations to do quite a lot of work on our century home. New eaves troughs, soffits, facia, new windows including some custom arches, new limestone sills (they worked with Craigmhor Construction on the masonry) and a new exterior door.The whole experience was wonderful. Ryan and his crew pay incredible attention to every detail and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Not only that, but they were respectful, friendly, and tidy throughout. During a weeks-long project, we lived comfortably at home with two young kids and it never felt like a job site. It was such a messy job but you wouldn’t know it. Each evening they left our house and yard neat as a pin.If there’s any drawback it’s that Jaybird is very in demand and we had to be patient for a few months to get to the top of the queue, but it was definitely worth the wait.
