Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a kitchen table set and was told that, if ever there were any problems with the pieces, to call back and easily have them replaced. We even paid for the company to assemble everything, to ensure everything was well done.The table is unstable and balances on 3 legs if you apply any type of pressure on one of its sides. The chairs have THREADS coming out of them. One of the backs of the chairs is not smooth and the material forms unnatural lines on it. For the amount I paid, I expected so much better than the cheap quality I received.I contacted them the very next day with all of the following issues. They deemed that there were no issues with the table and that everything was perfectly fine on their part. They did absolutely nothing to compensate us for their cheap quality and all the issues with their product.Be careful because once they get the money, they don't care whatsoever about you as a client. I was truly disappointed with this purchase, especially because of how much I was looking forward to receiving it. Lesson learned. Never again.

Pros: Nice experience. A pretty good variety of items at a reasonable price. I'd recommend this store.Cons: mostly prices are not negotiable and you gotta pick up your stuff at their warehouse if you like but they offer delivery as well

I had terrible time trying for 3 months in Montreal to buy a Sofa Bed, Coffee Table, and a Kitchen set. I Visited Optimum at 1515 Rue Decelles for the first time, and in 10 minutes, with the outstanding support from Tania I chose the Teodora Sofa Bed (Nice European Design, good quality, comfortable, and value for money). The same applies to the Coffee Table and Kitchen Set. On time delivery and professional assembly services. I strongly recommend Optimum Plus
