They require you to have two separate dentist appointments, even for an emergency such as a filling falling out. The first one is just to check" how long the second appointment will take and they make you pay for it. (Even with recent dental scans of less than a year) Waste of time and money

We are trying our best to arrive on time under extremely weather condition,but the door is closed and the phone line is no response as out of office hours. We wait outside for 10min until someone open the door.Which is really not good experience.
