Emailed them regarding pool parts at least a month ago. Never received an email back so I called them today and the woman who answered gave possibly the worst customer service ever. Very rude and straight out lied to me. I would never deal with this company.

Great spot for all your pool and landscaping needs

For years my parents supported this local strawberry farm for fresh strawberries. One year they ordered a flat of strawberries and when my father went to pick them up they messed up and did not have the flat picked. They accused him of not ordering and then found out that whoever put the order had put it on the wrong page. This was their mistake and they would not honor his order. The owner who was waiting on us that day was rude and said all her workers were gone for the day and what did she want us to do. My reply was pick them and have them ready for tomorrow. She looked at my senior father, who has a heart condition, and told him that was not going to happen but he could go out and pick what was left on the plants....if there was anything left. His reply was I order them picked for a reason. We walked out and have not return and will never darken their door again. I cannot believe they would treat anyone this way.
