Jake did a fantastic job on our fir floors. The floors are over 100 years old and on their last legs but he made them smooth and even. I am confident we will get several more years out of them. I would highly recommend Jake to anyone.

Jake did a great job refinishing our floors. Our 1960’s original oak floors were in terrible condition from our homes previous owners and they look like new now.Ellie was really helpful over the phone and getting a quote, booking the service and getting the work done was very easy.We would highly recommend using Mr. Sandless to friends and family.

Did not show up to estimate appointment. Did not call us to let us know they would be late or anything. Couldn't get anyone on the phone to find out what was going on. Ended up using someone else.

Very bad job cant even describe how many holes and gaps in floor avoid save money to a different company which actually stand behind warranty
