Chem Dry Select has been my go to carpet cleaning company for the past 2 decades. Years ago my husband and I owned an apartment building. When tenants moved out, they might have used another company or tried to clean the carpets themselves. Sometimes the carpets were still dirty looking and/or stained. Chem Dry always came through for us leaving the carpets clean, renewed and refreshed. Now that we own a flooring store, Chem Dry Select is THE company we call when our showroom requires carpet cleaning. We also refer them to our clients when they are looking for a carpet cleaning company. Who are you going to call? Chem Dry Select!

Absolutely fantastic! I was looking for services that did pet stain/odor removal because my rabbit had peed all over my expensive mattress and replacing it is no easy matter.I first texted, then called to set up an appointment time, and Lisa and her staff were wonderful. The quote I was given prior to the job was accurate, and I appreciate the honesty when they mentioned some of the stains couldn’t be removed after the work was done.My mattress looks, feels, and smells so much better! Thank you!

The work was fine but the rug took much longer than 4 hrs. In fact it still wasn't dry at 11:00 pm. Also left a message for the technician to return my call because all my smoke detectors were buzzing when I returned home and it appeared my carbon monoxide detector may have caused it with no plausible explanation and I wanted an opinion from the technician whether it may have been related to the cleaning or humidity of the carpet but never heard from him.

I'm very disappointed in the service you provided for 46 Ebbers close. I did tell you I'm all about confidential information.I was impressed the first time you came out, but after a few hours, the smells were back and seemed to be worst in 2 of the 3 rooms. I made an appointment with you to come back,I came home early from my hoilidays to be home on time. I sat around my house for two hours waiting for you.Due to the fact you were too busy listening to all my other conversation. To pay attention to me as a paying customer.I'm all about say what you mean mean what you say.

Always on time, always professional, always giving their 100% best, these guys are truly great. I have used Chem-Dry Select out of St. Albert exclusively for more than 20yrs. Their technician, John, is absolutely fantastic. We have two dogs and off-white carpets, so you can imagine the challenge. John has performed miracles with our carpets and never waivers in his professionalism and work ethic, and he's friendly and comfortable around our animals. I strongly recommend this company and their team.

Fantastic service, friendly and professional. Really happy as the upholstery and rugs came out beautiful! The technician, John, was very respectful and took special care with cleaning the upholstery as they were vintage cherished pieces. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

From start to finish the service was exceptional. Booking the appointment via text was seamless. Technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. We had two mattresses cleaned and we were blown away with h the results!They look brand new! I wholeheartedly recommend Chen Dry for an exceptional experience start to finish.
