Facility is ok, i would give them 2.5. Can use some upgrades.And schedules are poor, they dont post closures online anywhere. It becomes frustrating, when you arrive to see it is closed with them having a paper on door.

Nice pool and good equipment.Employees have a bad attitude, considering they're only teenagers one can ignore that. But when it comes to taking swimming lessons they act nice but don't know how to teach.Summer 2018 I booked for swimming lesson 101 .. they overbooked the class expecting people to not show up. Everyone showed up. So it was two 16-17 year old coaches trying to train 30 people whereas their classes are supposed to be limited to 12-15 people max.Nice place for a casual swim ... but don't book adult classes here. For kids it might be great though, trainers who train kids seem very attentive and engaging.

Nice pool, very warm. Six feet at lowest depth.2023/01/29: There seems to be an issue with their phone. They couldn't hear me.

Called and asked if the pool was open, it was and we were told it would be open until 9:45. We get here and the doors are locked, it’s not open and between 2:45-7:30pm the pool is closed. Not once were we informed of the closure during the day.

I have personally coming to this pool and bringing my kids here for over 6+ years I would only advice to wear flip flops inside the change rooms as my wife has gotten warts from the ladies changeroom, NEVER BRING ANY THING VALUABLE as I’ve gotten my phone stolen from the change room and make sure you follow proper pool etiquette and just remember it’s a public place not a private place...

A group of us come swimming here once or twice a week. It is not the newest pool, so spacing in the locker room is a little small.They have a hot tub, which is a perk, however, a few times we came, the pH of the hot tub was way too high.Plenty of parking, I just need to be buzzed inLifeguards a very friendly. We have befriend a feel of them.Lastly we stopped coming a few months after because we feel that they use too much chemical in their water, which irritates our skin

Brought my son tonight to ultra swim 3 lessons and canceled the rest of them... the place is dingy, rusty, showers were freezing cold, intructor had 5 kids, including my son who just stood there freezing in the water because he had to wait so long.... instructor was not hands on at all... in fact he kept looking at his watchThe worst experience ever and will never sign up my kids there again....
