Francois was very professional and did a great job with our renovations

François came to us with a recommendation from Ottawa Deck and Rail. We were installing metal railings on an older deck, where there had been some serious deterioration in the planks and two of the support beams. We contracted with François to replace the planks and the support beams. He did a lovely job in short order. We particularly appreciated that he was professional and responsive, i.e., he took or returned calls promptly, he started work when he said he would and he cleaned up nicely after the job was completed. He left us with what appears to be a new deck, fit to receive a new set of railings.
