I may say operation head (Alvin) must not forget the product you are selling is services...No matter who's at fault... Never argue or raised voices towards your client. Horrible, super slow service that asks so many questions to send a Hondo.If they make any mistakes, which happened to me, they turn around and say that there's a 4 dollar amendment charge" As it turned out

Been with this company for 10 years to send money to the Philippines. It's very convenient for me as I just have to send an email in the comfort of my home and voila, get the confirmation in few minutes and my family can easily pick up anywhere..Thank you guys for your very good service!!!

I find the service great, staff is pretty prompt, the service charge is affordable and competitive, I actually can't find anywhere lower than their price, its very convenient as I deposit the money to their RBC account and just send them an email to let them know and they in turn remit the amt less the service fee to my family in the Philippines. I've been using them for several years now and no complaints at all.
