Gem's Plant Design

First time purchasing from Gems, the plant was very lovely and very healthy. I live nearby so was very happy to be able to pick it up and save myself the shipping costs. Will purchase from Gems again.

I used Gem's Plant Design to send a housewarming gift. I love the idea of sending living plants instead of flowers that will wilt in a few days. At the same time, I wanted something that would be easy to take care of. I contacted Gem via email, and everything was arranged and paid for online. The website's galley provided a very good idea of what was offered. I provided some general ideas and was sent several photos of the final terrarium. I couldn't be happier with the result. The terrarium arrived exactly like the photos, and with very fast delivery.

Great variety, lots of options to obtain your plants of choice (curbside pickup, delivery, etc) such friendly people work here/own this business!! Prices are also fair, responds quickly. Will definitely be back to purchase more plants!! I also must say their plants are in SUCH great condition, they are very well kept and extremely healthy and happy! I love Gem's Plant Design!! They have a great variety of plants at very affordable prices. And the plants are beautiful and healthy, I have never had a worry about my purchases. They also respond to inquiries quickly and delivery is very prompt. This is my go to shop for plants now!

I ordered 30 plants and was totally amazed when I opened the box. They were perfect! I live in Ontario so they had to come a long way. The plants were packaged beautifully and well protected. I will definitely make another purchase.

I’m so happy with my new plants! They were ready for pickup in less than 24 hours, on a weekend, which I was not expecting but really appreciated the super speedy service :)Plants & soil were packaged with care and had a nice care sheet as well.The plants I bought (everything besides the aloe pictured) were very healthy & absolutely beautiful!Their selection & easy to navigate website will definitely make me a repeat customer & I highly recommend them. :)
