worst customer service ever. sub par equipment. when something goes wrong you have to do all the work to correct the problems. They didn't ship the right equipment, they didn't ship it on time and to fix it (its already late) i have to send it back, and wait for them to re evaluate the equipment because the original box was opened and then give me a new value.

Very bad customer service.Bought a product from this company through Amazon,Broken onmy first use because of cheap quality plastic.No refund or return offered by the company saying it is customer fault.

This store is AMAZING! The owner really knows his stuff and is happy to help out with any event or popcorn machine issue. His prices are fair and you can find all your supplies here from cotton candy, to popcorn, and popcorn seasonings, snow cone materials, and just everything! He also know all about popcorn machine repair, models, and sizing. it is truly a treat going to this shop!

Amazing!!!The customer service is always very welcoming. They have always had what I need and the machines are clean and work great. They even took the time to walk me (slowly thank goodness) through everything so there would be no mistakes.I recommended them very highly!
