This is my first time going into this location and I was pleasantly surprised. A young man by the name of Eamon helped me out by explain multiple different chemicals to me and showing me what would help and work best for my pool situation. I really appreciate both the quality of service provided along with the quality of the product. No negative notes from me on either end.

This is our second season with our pool and the filter has damaged the wall over the winter. We've tried contacting them multiple times for help over the past three months and they just keep telling us it's not our problem" and "google someone to fix it". Meanwhile it appears not a single person in the Durham region has any interest in even considering repairing pools. As far as I'm concerned

So i set up a pool with a local company 2 years ago which has been nothing but hassles and no shows/unreturned calls. I found this place and Liz was super helpful. She explained to me that the chemicals I had been given were the wrong chemicals without making me feel like a complete idiot and then helped me pick out the correct ones. wish I knew about this place when I was having all my repair problems last year. Next sign of trouble, I know who I'm calling.

Spoke to Joe at the oshawa store about my hot tub issue. He was great. He was very interested in helping solve the problem . he even suggested that i call again for some other adviceif his did not do thje trick When it appeared that i needed someone to look at the tub he said he would put in the request for me. Whatever Joe is paid it should be increased. Do not lose Joe

Justin was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. The way he showed my to my pool and spa and helped with my water test and chlorine . Was just so inspirational. Justin is so cool. He’s my new role model. I come in every week just to see him. Im going to name my kid after him. Thank you International Pools and Spa. And thank you Justin so much for just making me feel so happy.

I purchased my above ground EW swimming pool from International in 2002. It was amazing every year until at 19 years of age it needed to be rebuilt. I needed a new liner, wall, bottom rails and filter (the pump had been replaced some years earlier). Unfortunately, my need to rebuild coincided with the onset of the Covid 19 pandemic. This made acquiring parts extremely difficult and in some cases impossible. What should have taken a few weeks to spearhead wound up taking three years! The people at International mostly Jon, Darryl and Brent stepped up to the plate and guided me through the process so that I did not lose a single season! Kudos guys! You are FANTASTIC!!! Thank you.

I went in to get my pool water tested and was helped by the associate Eamon. He was very kind and helpful and explained to me the process of testing pool water and how I would know what to change if anything needed to be changed. Eamon was so knowledgeable about pools and cleared up any misconceptions i had. I was very impressed by his service and would definitely recommend going here to anyone looking for pool equipment and advice.
