Thomas has been an integral part of my healing. I always feel better after our sessions. He explains things well and gives great exercises to keep things on track. I have improved so much because of my visits and only need sessions to keep things on track now.

I have been treated by Thomas 10+ times now forVarious injuries or muscle related complaints.He is amazing at what he does and I recommend his other clients to leave a compliment as I am today. He should have way more than 11- 5 star reviews.After his assessment it takes him no time at all to figure out the best course of treatment to fix that area. Hand on manual manipulation he is always very gentle yet effective. On multiple occasions he has asked me if I can extend my time longer than booked in order to fully complete his treatment- at no extra cost to myself. During the course of treatment he always approaches each area with caution- asking permission before he touches your body. His knowledge ALWAYS amazes me how perfectly he is able to treat my symptoms I have. Every timeI leave I feel amazing and loose again with a better range of motion than coming in.I have been treated by a chiropractor, rmt, physiotherapist before. I found they generally only focus on one area or issue where as Thomas seems to treat the body as a whole. Multiple chiropractic adjustments with returning symptoms each time. 2 treatments with Thomas and no re occurring symptoms sold me. He will also tell you when you no longer need to be treated where I feel other practitioners keep you returning.I feel very fortunate to have discovered osteo and especially Thomas. He has kept my athletic body well tuned for future use while treating various injuries along the way.If your reading this review deciding wether to go book or not. (Sometimes you need to wait a month to get in at a preferred time) book it now. You will not be disappointed.

Echoing a previous review I would give Thomas 10+ stars! Visiting him was my first foray into osteopathy and without a doubt, my body started to heal after our first session. His level of knowledge and professionalism is unbelievable.For context I had chronic trochanteric bursitis (hip pain), pseudo sciatica and excess curvature of the lower spine, resulting in significant mobility issues. I went from being a very active 28yr old to not being able to walk around the block. This issue persisted for over 3 years and was in near constant pain. I was previously treated my 3 PTs, RMT, fascial stretch, had diagnostic imaging and saw medical specialists. Nothing was wrong" from a medical perspective but something wasn't right. Thomas was able to correct the position of my pelvis with nothing other than his hands. In one session. It was honestly magic. My lower back now has a normal curvature. I can walk again. In subsequent visits he also helped lessen the tension in my neck and shoulders.If you feel like osteopathy might help you I urge you to give it a try and I highly recommend that you give Thomas a call!!"
