Very bad experience with the purchase of my watch (Mishali). The salesperson pretended it was Italian, while in reality it's an unknown brand made in Thailand. It broke and got repaired 3 times and then broke again. I am not going to bother bringing it to the store anymore, but I am never buying anything from that store again.

Je suis décue du service de 1 j'ai du attendre 1mois pour ravoir ma bague qui fallait simplement souder pour après voir bague qui etait extremement different est moin lourd que dhabitude 2 on amaici ma bague sans mon concentement la madame ce contre dit toujours et me donne des raisons qui n'ont pas de sense honnetement très deçevant je n'irais plu jamais dans cette bijouterie ! Si je pourrais j'aurais mi un zero étoile !!!!

Garbage! She steals from customer. Like everyone else here, I bought a defective jewelry at a high price and she wouldn’t return it saying it wad my fault! Please don’t buy from her, it id better to put your money in the trash, at least you won’t get insulted doing it.
