I was referred to Dr. Singh and I received an email from Kristen to contact your office on November 30th and was able to come see Dr. Singh the very next day. What a pleasant surprise considering I have had a numb tongue and numb lips with a burnt tongue sensation for a couple of years. Dr. Singh took a lot of time to go over my symptoms and to explain everything that she could see inside my mouth. I could tell that she cared and I would highly recommend her. Kristen and Megan at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. I would also recommend this office. I had a great experience for my first appointment.

Both of my son’s received treatment from Dr. Pereira and his team. We were always extremely satisfied with the service! The front desk staff, especially Kristen, were always willing to assist us. We especially liked the fact that the office is open late so appointments were available outside of school hours. We would highly recommend Ortho Place!

I have been referred to Vandana Singh by my dentist; she gave me a splint for TMD for $2k; she checks the splint and told me that I still grind

The front desk were very pleasant to deal with, informed me of every fee and what I can expect at the appointment. Dr Singh was very nice and informative, didn't have to wait long to see her.

Even though I have enhanced dental coverage, the expense code they submitted was not covered by my insurance provider. Which is understandable. But you being in business for so many years, why wouldn't you do a pre-authorization and inform us of the cost upfront?Edit - Responding to the owners comments.Almost every medical practitioner / business Ive dealt with has direct billing provision and does pre-authorization to accurately convey the estimated cost of treatment and coverage to their customer upfront (at least a day in advance). If all business do it, then it is not considered a “benefit” anymore. You do it to stay in the competition.You checked for our coverage at the time of the appointment. It is not the same as pre-Authorization. We were not really left with any other option. If we had refused the service at the time (considering that my insurer refused to cover the cost), you would possibly have charged us for no-show. My 1-star to you is for the lack of transparency and proactiveness for something very trivial which every business does.

Ortho Place and Dr. Pereira's care over the last two years have been so great. Our child's teeth look amazing and have undergone a significant transformation. They have taken great care to keep us informed and knowledgeable around the process and finances of braces. I recommend the Ortho Place.

I had great experience . Dr. Singh was very thorough with the exam and explained everything very well.i felt very comfortable with the staff and the doctor. I would totally recommend this place to family and friends.

We had an awful experience with the ortho place. if you’re considering their services maybe read this post to the end. during the consult they gave us a price and roughly how long it would take. Well to date it’s cost more than double what he had quoted. and it’s taken twice as long. and we’re nowhere near being finished. If in the beginning he said the braces would be more than $10,000 we would’ve went somewhere else. During the process we kept asking him how long it would take? he would never commit to say when he was gonna be finished. and during this process I kept asking if we owed any money and nobody said anything. And in the end he gave us a bill that was accumulating over two years. And even billed the months my wife was away. When people can’t be honest we walked away. So I would not recommend using them I would go to somewhere else. Thanks Andy

The front desk receptionists are polite and fun which helps with the appointments required to complete the work.Dr. Pereira is knowledgeable and experienced providing different possibilities of treatment plans complete with pricing options for each plan.He answered all my questions before started and during the treatment process. Looking forward to seeing the final results in 6 months.

My daughter Angela got braces last year and with only a few months after she started her treatment, we noticed how the braces started transforming her teeth and mouth. They also have been very patience and accommodating whenever a brace falls off. The staff members are fenomenal, specially Kristen, she has helped me several times with insurance claims and all that stuff. I strongly suggest Doctor Pereira and his fantastic team.
