In a word, exceptional. I thought I had a simple plugged drain that flooded my garage after that major rain we had last week. I phoned Plumb Tech around 5pm and they had someone show up within a half hour. Craig tried both the snake and a camera, but the drain was so plugged he could not see anything and the snake hit an obstruction. It was getting late and he promised to return the next morning. To make a long story short, the job eventually required a vacuum truck to clear the drain, find the break in the line, dig up the driveway for around 60 feet, replace the drain pipe, remove the old dirt, fill with gravel and do a power wash cleanup. This job took 4-5 people almost three days. Throughout, the teams worked very efficiently. What impressed me greatly was that Josh managed the whole project, calling in equipment as needed, discussed my options at various phases, and the team showed up on time so there were no unexpected delays. My problem was a disaster in waiting had it happened in the winter. Highly recommended for a perfect job..

I had an emergency situation as my water heater busted and water was pouring in. Wes let me know what to do. They came in next day and installed a water heater plus much needed piping. I was also able to do a payment plan. Highly recommend PlumbTech

We had water coming into our basement and the source was not easy to find. Fortunately Plumb Tech waa recommended to us by someone we trust snd they were able find and fix the problem. It was a big job and not a simple one. They had the leak stopped and our water back on before days end. They have been added to our list of who to call"!"

Had a leak in my water heater and called them for a quote. They came right away and installed the new water heater the same day. Very fast and efficient. Will recommend to friends and family.

- charged $17,500 to replace Kitec piping (not sure if that included a seniors discount)- approx. 2800 sq.ft., 2 1/2 bathrooms (1 on the second floor), UNfinished basement.- 2 1/3 plumbers, approx.52 man hrs. [email protected] to the best of my knowledge they did a good job, but $17,500!!!-this is the only review I've ever done and even though the work was done in the fall of 2021, it still bothers me after 1 1/2 years.

My mother called and asked how much it would cost to come and do a faucet installation and they gave her a a certain price. Upon completing the job they had up charged her close to $400 and even charged her for just coming out to look at it. I would not recommend this to anyone who is a single female as they clearly like to take advantage of the fact she’s a women

STOP!!!  save yourself time and a headache by calling this company first.  We have been through a nightmare. My house is around 100 years old and I have a crawlspace with not a lot of room.  There was a smell in the bathroom and called a plumber and by the time he left my bathroom still smelled and my toilet would not flush anymore.  Called this company and the technician came in, idetified what the problems were and repaired them from inside my attached shed from outside of the house.  We thought bathroom and laundry room floors had to be pulled up to get at the broken/cracked pipes but the technician found a different way to do it.  We did have to remove plywood from the lower portion of the shed but that wasn't a big deal.  I can't even tell you how much we appreciate this company.  It was amazing how the owner was willing to work with us if needed.  Dont be afraid or stressed about your problem just give them a call.  No more smell and a great flush just like old times. :)

I have a 100 year old home which I recently purchased and there was a water leak was behind the wall. Obviously the first plumber didn't do it right and someone referred me to Protrades and a year and a half later it was leaking again (30 day guarantee, a lot of good that was)! I called PlumbTech and spoke with Wes and he reviewed the photos I sent to him with me. His son Josh came out and worked with the plasterer to cut through the plaster, he brought his assistant along and he had it repaired with minimal mess in just over an hour. Wes reassured me that it will last another 100 years! If you want the job done right call these guys.
