Mountain City Cycle

About a year ago (Oct 2021) I purchased a new Giant Escape 2 bicycle from this business, just last week I took the bike back to them for a service, nothing major...more of a tune up! These guys are simply amazing, it really makes a difference when you take your bike to people who really know what they are doing. They cleaned up the brakes, realigned the gears as well as washed and cleaned the bike. I was not able to get back till the following Saturday, so they stored it for me at no charge. Chris was really customer service driven and looked after me really well. I would say that if you are looking for knowledgeable staff, customer service then these guys and girls know there stuff and are well worth the trip.

A group of professionals that are very knowledgeable and skilled. I appreciate how they took the time to explain maintenance and upkeep to myself as a new rider. Would recommend this shop to anyone

This is hands down one of the friendliest bike shops I’ve ever been too. The moment I walk in the door I am greeted and helped. Well worth the drive from Cumberland!

I like to ride the older tech of the day.But MCC still always have whatI need in parts.I find their pricing very reasonable even cheaper than the big box store.Always a hello when i come in.Even if they are servicing a bike, they will stop and assist you.

I am quite new to the valley and these folks have been a welcome suprise. I've purchased two bikes and had one major repair done there and they are consistently reliable and fairly priced. They have earned my trust, which is all you can ask for from a retailer. This isn't to say other LBSs aren't great, but I only have experience with MCC and they haven't let me down.
