After initially emailing back and forth, I became convinced that waiting for Kyle to do the back splash in my new kitchen would be worth the wait. I was right: he did a beautiful job and I would hire him again in a heart beat. One final note: his estimate and final cost was very competitive with the others I had received.

After deciding I was in over my head on our bathroom remodel, I sent out emails to several tilers trying to find someone in a hurry to fix my mess. Kyle was kind enough to find time between projects to tile my tub/shower enclosure and the floor. He got the work done quickly and efficiently and did a fantastic job. He is a true craftsman and he really cares about details and quality work. Kyle and Oliver knocked it out of the park on our bathroom tiling job. I started following Kyle on Instagram when I was looking at ideas for our bathroom. I’ve assumed falsely that he only did “fancy“ bathrooms. So like an idiot I hired someone else to do my bathroom job. It turned out very very terribly. You can see how terrible in the before picture of the niche. Kyle gave a very accurate estimate of what it would take to fix it, which ended up being tearing it out and starting over. It’s clear that Kyle values craftsmanship and has a keen eye for design. He was great to work with and I truly can’t recommend him highly enough. Check out the after pic of the niche. It’s perfect! Don’t be like me, choose Kyle / Tilesmith the first time. Ripping out ceramic tile is truly terrible.
