“Mandy” Amanda Davies was incredible! She was so kind and helpful during my icbc renewal. She took the time to teach me about my insurance and coverage that I never knew I was paying for. She was able to save me some money by comparing various plans. I was happy to have her help me today!

Shivangi was so great to us. We showed up late on Thursday and we’re I’ll prepared. We were, in my honest opinion, very difficult clients and she handled herself with grace and with much patience. I would recommend Westland insurance to anyone looking for assistance with their vehicle insurance.

They were awesome. Aki from the uptown location in Victoria was nothing short of amazing, service at its finest. My vehicle had been erroneously registered under my name instead of under my business's name and step-by-step she helped me correct the problem and avoid The extra taxes. This is a great insurance company I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Let me tell you how grateful Iam for Marlene!! I had a complicated out of province car transfer as my dad died. Marlene went over and beyond and did somersaults for me. Marlene called Icbc, scanned documents, printed provincial inspection and completely took care of me. I was abit emotional as there was so much to do and check over… I want to thank you for everything and I know what you do for others will come back around. Thank you!

I have been using Westland insurance and it has never been a pleasant experience but today was the worst experience I’ve had yet.There was some confusion when I walked in of who would help me and then one employee reluctantly agreed to assist me. He seemed completely uninterested in helping me though he had to because I guess that’s his job. He spoke extremely quietly which was made worse by the Covid barriers still in place and him opting to speak to his computer instead of to me. Thankfully todays stop didn’t take too long but it will live on in my mind as a terrible customer service experience. I suggest to this man to get a new job that isn’t customer facing.

Today was my first time dealing with the Uptown branch. I had an excellent experience with Marlene. She took care of my insurance needs. She explained recent changes to ICBC, and engaging in light conversation. At no point did I feel rushed. Customer experience is very important to me, and one of the deciding factors when deciding who gets my business. Thank you Marlene.

My husband and I came in to do transfer of ownership for a car and we were just blown away by the service Marlene provided! We walked in not knowing what to do and Marlene guided us through with such ease. She is professional, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. If I could more than 5-stars, I would. My homeowners policy has been with Westland since they bought Brown brothers insurance. I received two perplexing emails last night from Westland head office. I called the Uptown office and was lucky to be connected with Karen D. She is knowledgeable and has an excellent manor as a customer service rep. The last couple of years, I've had less than stellar interactions with other reps while proceeding with my home insurance renewal. Today's interaction means I will continue with Westland for my home insurance.
