Very rarely have I encountered a organization with the extraordinary level of communication, and product quality as Protocase.Every email & phone call was answered promptly, and the 3D render they provided of my 2D sketch actually allowed me to see a few design flaws I had not considered. Their engineering team even offered additional suggestions, which helped even further.When I received my enclosure, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the packaging to ensure nothing became damaged in transit (regardless of how hard the potholes tried).Should the day come that I need more custom enclosures, I won't hesitate to contact Protocase again.

Their work isnt bad... but their order processing is brutal..... Twice we've had production delays after placing a confirmed order. They keep sending emails to confirm confirmations and delay production so that you need to pay them a premium for rush orders.

Amazing customer service! I couldn't be happier with my choice to use them for my design. This organization is doing things differently. They truly care about the customer experience and make sure the product is 100%. Do not hesitate to use them for your enclosures.

Design software is great, product is finished well, and shipping times are impressive. I was contacted on three separate occasions with zero pressure, just checking to make sure I had everything I needed. Stellar service. Highly recommend.
