What an awful experience. I paid $100, they said 2-3 business days for an issue that was dire. 7 days later and nobody was getting back to me. They said they were working on it but come to find out, they never logged into the server once in that entire week. I tracked them down through a whatsapp link i found. The support" was snarky and no help. They refunded me

I had a problem with my WordPress and WooCommerce website. To complicate matters further it has a custom theme. On the recommendation of my web host, Siteground, I tentatively emailed Fixmysite.com. Salam got back to me promptly and over the next few days we worked through the issues until they were solved.
