I had Makari Builders came and lay good quality new vinyl flooring in my older house in July 2021. I paid him in full when the flooring job was completed.Here's the issue: They started the floor at the wrong section of house, and finished at the stairs on my entrance. They ended up having to cut and fit a piece on my stair top which doesn't fit and looks horrible.I reached out to Cole and informed him it was wrong of which he acknowledged and have desperately tried several times since.After him not returning my messages I called another flooring and they informed me not only did they start wrong, they had also used the wrong adhesive.No call back. Doesn't return any messages and even pulled my review off Facebook!!!I trusted him to even install the finishing which he started but never finished. Hence, I didn't pay for that part yet.But he still has all my money for the flooring job!!And my floor looks terrible. Cole has yet to respond or reach out to me.Eyes wide open before you use him or Makari Builders.
