Rude staff. They make your order and dont even say what it is or if its yours. They just quietly put it on the counter. I looked down for one second before ordering and one of their staff made a comment saying “shes too busy texting on her phone”. Will not be coming to this location again.

If here was less than one star ⭐️ I would give it to this place was the second time they mixed my order and always put my mobile order a side and waiting for more that 10 minutes for some one to give my order today again in the morning they mixed my order I opened after I have reached to my work as it was too much for me after my work I just went there to talk with the manager the lady said she is the supervisor I believe her name is Karen when I started to explain she almost yelled at me asking just tell me what is the problem with this order I said it was not my order was given some else order which is not in my diet her and the Oder lady works there said oh you should open your order before you leave our store its your responsibility and in front of other customers they both started yelling at me that I should come back and talk to the morning people was treated in unprofessional way that I had to leave they even told me if Iam not happy I should order from where else not from them I was shocked wow claps.I never had this kind of experience in my life if I was supervisor I would apologize and coach others to avoid these kinds of mistakes.

I’m a Canadian, I love Timmy.This is a busy store, basically busy all the time.I waited approximately 10 minutes from line up to receive my order. There were three or four group of people front of me.I waited much longer than I should!

Horrible staff.STAFF (Tracey) will prioritize Ketchup refilling and will let you wait and be hungry waiting to serve your order.Also, ive been calling her attention to get some napkins and a cup of water for my toddler ... i know she heared me saying hello hello" but shes ignoring her customer.I think shes not happy.. most of the staff dont wear smile on their face."

One cashier was on and waited 20 minutes just for a coffee. Disgusting. Asked for pack of sugar for my coffee and waited 5 minutes. The person forgot and had to remind him. totally outrage. Would have liked to rate in the negative numbers, none available.

Worst tim Hortons around guidlford area they never know when they get mobile orders just chit chatting in the back and takes 15 mins to get one 1 coffee. Any time of the day it takes them forever to take orders
