Have always had a good experience, friendly staff, quick service :)

Amazing staff and service. This is the only pharmacy in Ajax that I will use. Their prescription drugs are much cheaper than anywhere else in Ajax and you get exactly the same medications as you would at shoppers drug mart or rexall. Would highly recommend.

I have been with this pharmacy since my family doctor opened his practice next door. They have provided exceptional service. I live in Oshawa and they deliver from Ajax to Oshawa with zero delivery fee. You don't even hardly get that delivery service right in Oshawa...and they deliver that distance. That is above and beyond..that shows how much they value their customers. For those that are giving bad reviews saying that the staff are rude etc ...ive never in all my years have ever experienced that with any of them working there. Its pretty simple...if you respect them or even people in the general public then you will get respect back. It must be a you" problem if you are saying they are rude. Its a pretty simple concept...however I have found that coming from a small town down to the city that in the city here...people have no respect or consideration for others...so maybe think of your approach in situations and you may get a better response. Just cause you are angry and hate the world doesn't mean you need to take out your frustration on others who have nothing to do with your hateful self. It costs nothing to be kind and considerate. The delivery drivers are excellent as well. I get them to call when they are close by so I can meet them out front of my building so they don't even have to get out of the car cause they have more deliveries than just me.. .again it comes down to respect. If I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would. Thank you Ajax Discount Pharmacy for all you do and for going the extra mile to service your customers."

I have to fill approximately 15 prescription a quarter. But this pharmacy hates to do that trying to fill it by the month so that they can collect 3 times the fees. Put up with it for 2 yrs because they have delivery. No More. The pharmacy assistants pretend to be Pharmacist! poor stock and rude staff. There are more deserving small pharmacies.

Excellent Service and Friendly staff

It sucks here! The pharmacist is very judgemental and rude, I treated with very little regard or empathy, or dignity for that matter. I was surprised because it was obvious the amount of severe pain I am in. Unfortunately stuck here until my prescription runs out. Don’t bother with this place, there are much more deserving small pharmacies out there. If I could give it less than one I would.
