This is the first time I've been to this location. I got a very good massage from the owner, she is very knowledgeable about body parts. She knows about all the pain I have and she fixed me. I felt so much better after the massage. I highly recommend going here.

So strong, they dont know whats a relaxing massage, my whole body is in pain even tho i kept saying soft and no pressure!

The service is poor. I told the owner I didn't want to be massage in between the toes, she then ignored my request, told me it's good for me, then continue to do touch me in between the toes. It seems like she did not understood the meaning of NO. After few minutes of massage, she tapped out and got another lady to massage me. The other lady's hands were very rough and the overall experience was not enjoyable.

Went in for a 50min foot massage. The lady stopped at 42mins. Answered the phone to take appointments 3 times during my session which cuts into the 50mins. If you're with a paying client. Someone else should answer the phone. Never going back!

I've been coming to this location for about a year now and can say that your masseuse can be hit or miss. Its a relatively cheaper place so try not to have the same expectation as your RMT or places where the prices are 2-3 times. They have turnover and staff often transfer to other locations.The owner(Amy) and Henry are my favourite. They are good with technique and can adjust to your needs with minimal communication barrier if you're strictly English speaking. I generally go weekly for a foot massage and enjoy chatting with them since I've built a relationship over time and can speak Chinese. I do have a massage chair at home but play lots of sports weekly and need some dedicated tenderizing to ensure I don't get injured easily. Its consistent, relatively cheap, and there's AC/Wifi.The bads can be seen through other reviews. Sometimes they're busy and your masseuse needs to answer the phone. They don't add extra time or do anything else make up for taking 1-3 phone calls during your service time. Some of the staff also don't speak english well so they can't really accommodate what you're asking for unless one of the other staff can help. If you want more or less pressure, you might have to repeat yourself a couple times.There's plenty of parking on imperial and the side street. They have a VIP program that you can preload and get some slight discounts. Overall its what you expect for a business in this price range. The organization also donates to the BC Cancer foundation which I greatly appreciate. Lastly, do make sure to tip if you had a decent experience. Its not written anywhere but its an expectation as I've seen many people have awkward conversations with the owner/staff. I don't imagine they get paid that much so a couple dollars goes a long way.Hope this helps!

Two of us came in for a foot massage. But our experience was a tale of two worlds. One of us had a 10/10 experience. A top on his list for best foot massage. His masseuse, she was really experienced and good. I, however, had a 1/10 experience. It may have been a one off, so I don’t want to judge too harshly. Since we each rated on the spectrum extremes, I will give a neutral rating.Booking a slot, no problem. So that was welcomed.My actual massage, though, was hilariously bad. The guy wouldn’t stop talking. I don’t mind talking. But he couldn’t massage and talk at the same time! He is an older gentleman. I’m pretty dainty, but his pressure was so soft. It felt like just touching and not really massaging. And half the time he paused to talk. And he would move all over the place. Inconsistent on each leg/foot, too. Not the same technique was mirrored. It was sort of funny how bad it was.I’m no stranger to Big Feet locations, but so far for me this was my least favourite. Like I said earlier, maybe it was a one off. Worst experience ever …. It was two of us,,, my lady put oil on me and hot towel and was not bad . But for my friend there was no oil the guy did whole massage without oil over the sheets . When told the lady at reception she said it depends on the client’s preferences but she was never asked about it . This is the first time I have seen people doing massages without oil . After everything when we paid the whole amount and 10$ tip on top she questioned us ” 10$ for 4 sessions “? Of course we don’t want to tip if the experience was not good but ended up paying $10 more . They really need to work on these things otherwise they will lose their customers.

I took my father and girlfriend here for Father's Day to get foot massages. Luckily for them, they both got decent reflexologists (Jason & May). Mine on the other hand, was a completely different story. During the entire 50 minute massage, Angela (my masseuse) used half a squirt of oil on my leg + foot. There's only so much friction my leg could take against her un-oiled glove. It was very uncomfortable. She was basically grazing my leg and foot with her hands. There was zero pressure in her touch. She was day dreaming the entire duration of the massage, looking off into space, looking at the price list continuously, looking out the window. At the end of the massage, I generously tipped Jason & May and told Angela I was not happy with her work and she replied back with 'it's my first day on the job', which I found to be highly unlikely as if it were someone's first day, I would expect them to conduct a massage with a lot more vigour and energy than slacking off for the complete 50 min. I will not be coming back here again. Note: if you do end up booking at this place, save your $$ and book with anyone BUT Angela.
