I went to Ashley furniture for a coffee table. I knew what I wanted but I wasn't sure if I would find it. I was looking for an actual wooden table and they are hard to come by.When I arrived I was greeted immediately by a sale rep and he helped me right away. He showed me exactly the right style and size to fit my sectional couch. He even carried it from the other side to bring it to my couch that I had bought years ago so see if it would match.It's was excellent service and he went above and beyond.

New to this city, I went for a long walk on a hot day to find Best Buy and Walmart to purchase necessary items for my home. When I was passing Ashley Furniture, I noticed a big sign saying 70% off! I went in and found a lovely salesperson named Desiree who noticed how parched I was and immediately offered me a bottle of water! - 10/10 on a human level:). I told her what I needed and with a great eye for design, she showed me the cutest love seat at 1/2 price and a cute table and stools set. I bought both:)My furniture was delivered carefully that day by two nice gentleman who welcomed me to the city!One week later I realized the little table and stool set was not going to work for my lifestyle-I used it as my dining table and desk. The long hours at my desk, I realized I needed an ergonomic computer chair.I’m very happy to say that when I requested a refund-as per their policy, Sam and Jas were just as wonderful in understanding why I needed to return the item:)Lovely people and great quality furniture.5 stars for sure!!

Knowledgeable in store service, couch was delivered, carried up our narrow stairs and set up in our living room for us with no issues. Price was good for the quality of the furniture.

These guys are amazing! Went above and beyond getting me my new mattress. It was a real treasure getting to sleep in my own bed. Special thanks to Jas (hope this is spelt right) for the help!

I acquired a rather lovely bedroom set, electric recliner couch, and bar stools from the Ashley Home Store here in Courtenay. I've loved each of these. They feel sturdy & comfy while looking great at the same time. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase from here.

We drove 1.5 hours to purchase two recliners during the Boxing Day sale. Rick, our sales agent, was very knowledgeable and helped us make an informed choice. The recliners we purchased were a great deal and we'll be back again when we need more furniture. Thanks Rick!

To me, this is the BEST PLACE IN THE COMOX VALLEY to buy furniture.The staff at Ashley’s are the best you will ever see or talk to.Rick, Jas and staff are very courteous and very pleasant to talk to.It’s so peaceful in this store and there isn’t any pressure ( NO PRESSURE TO BUY!)Another benefit from buying at Ashley’s is they do not sell low quality furniture, They have good quality furniture at a reasonable price.Lots of furniture in a very large store.Check them out - you’ll be glad you did.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
