Royal Property Maintnenance and its owner, Shawn Nixon, took outstanding care of our parking lot during this past week of unending snow storms and ice. Thanks for your prompt, ongoing overnight service. We all greatly appreciate your hard work.

We had an initial positive experience (hence one star instead of none) where they came out promptly when we asked for a quote for some work. However we did not get the quote until after we chased it up as we had discovered a more major building problem in the mean time. I arranged for them to come out and have another look, arranged a time, and they never showed up. Followed them up, arranged another time and they again didn't show up or make any contact.The initial positive experience just makes everything that subsequently happened a complete let down.Very disappointed.

I highly recommend these guys. They did a major pruning on my cherry, cedar and maple trees. They worked efficiently and expertly with a skill that was a pleasure to watch. They cut and stacked all that was possible fire wood for me and took the rest away. Before leaving they raked the driveway of sawdust and twigs-you would never know they were here-except the property looks brilliant!

Phoned this guy and made plans for him to swing by my house to give a quote on yard work. First planned date I called him to confirm his arrival time and he cancelled on the phone. Me being the one that initiated the call. Then I made plans for him to swing by the following week. That day came and I called him again to confirm his arrival time and he did not answer or call back. He did not even come by the house nor did he try to book a different time or apologize. This guy just ignored me completely without any call back or response. A complete no show and no response after making 2 different plans to quote my yard. This was actually surprising as the initial conversation with him seemed cordial and he seemed like he was truly interested. If you don't have the decency to call back a potential client after making plans with them, then in my opinion you don't deserve clients. A phone call or text message takes 1 min.
