Tom and his team at Callaghan Farm Supply have been phenomenal through every step of purchasing our first tractor. Tom was eager to share his knowledge and insight when we gave him the perimeters we were wanting to work within. He went over every part our tractor with us giving us a brief understanding of each componentand let us test it out in the yard. His company stepped up when we were unable to get our float from winter storage and offered to deliver our tractor.

Ordered my bx23s on July 7th, didn't pick up until October 3rd. Steve told me on September 28th it was all ready to go!!! What a joke that was, charged for a full pdi only half of the unit was greased and the 3rd function kit option, every fitting was leaking.
