Early Birds Lawncare and Landscape

Andrew is friendly and answers questions quickly. I emailed about a quote and had an answer the same day and and a crew out the following day. The crew is thorough and did a great job.

Early Birds Lawn Care did my lawn maintenance for two years without a contract. On the third year Andrew (owner) wanted me to sign a contract which I didn’t really want to do. In 2021 I had them do fall clean-up and they did not trim any of my shrubs, but charged me for it. They were suppose to do Spring clean up and trim everything at that time, that never happened. He raised his prices in 2022 due to the gas prices which I was fine with until they weren’t trimming along my fence line and when questioned about it, Andrew said we did what you wanted. I will post pictures below. Also, they left a lot of grass clippings in one of my flower garden’s (picture below) and did not clean it up. In addition to that mess they left behind, they left grass clippings on my 86 year old neighbor’s driveway for him to sweep up. Early Bird wants to charge top dollar for lawn care. However, they are not doing top quality work for the price they are charging. Andrew and his new office staff could use a course in business 101, especially when it comes to customer service and job quality. It appears, they are more concerned with quantity opposed to quality.

They do such amazing clean ups and they’re fast!! Very reliable and they never need to be told what to do, they just know what I need without me going through too much detail! I only trust them to take category of my lawn!

Such a good company! They are very clean, and know what they are doing unlike most landscaping places who seem to hurry their job to get done. They are efficient and take their time! Definitely will be having them come out again!!

They don’t service any part of the city of Detroit. Even the Westside that is on the border of Dearborn. Amazingly there are residents in the city of Detroit who take pride in their homes & would gladly pay a premium for the services you offer. Too bad you refuse to extend your services to us.
