Pup City Doggy Daycare

We enrolled our pup Hudson into the Pup Training Program. We initially did the 4 week program, but he was doing so well, we decided to do the full 8 weeks. The training was excellent. Jen did an amazing job keeping us up to date on how he was doing each week, and what we needed to work on at home. Hudson absolutely loves Pup City. His training is over but we have bought passes because we know he misses the team and the other dogs so much. The staff treat Hudson very well, and like their own. We have left Hudson overnight, and the staff keep us up to date on how he is doing, which we really appreciate. Thank you Jen and team!! - Christina, Chiel and Hudson.

My puppy Milo has been attending puppy social at Pup City since he was around 12 weeks old. Even though he was a bit nervous at first, the staff took their time to ensure that he was comfortable. Now, Milo is 23 weeks old and absolutely loves coming to daycare! He runs right through the doors and doesn’t look back once he gets there.

We bring our pup twice weekly and she loves it! Great place to allow them to socialize, the staff are all very nice, polite and treat the animals great!

Great experience with the Pup Academy at Pup City. Jenn is great with the puppies and always answers our questions about training. We have received nothing but praise on how well mannered our Chihuahua Toby is.The staff are always happy to see the dogs come in every day. Toby is excited to go daycare in the mornings and absolutely exhausted when he comes home from great day of playing.We will definitely continue to use the daycare at this facility

While the staff all appear to be very loving and genuinely care about the dogs in their care, the owners and management are abhorrent. They are disorganized, clueless and lack basic communication to their clientele. My puppy visited pup city a handful of times and ended up getting papilloma that they refuse to acknowledge came from their facility. However, speaking to front desk staff they had a different opinion, and say they've had a slight out break the last couple months. My puppy hasnt been around any other dogs! I've also witnessed on the cameras they have in facility (which are only on for a few hours a day) multiple occasions where there has been only 1 staff member left in a room full of dogs with messes and fights breaking out. I will not be bringing my pup back here, nor will I advise anyone else to.

My dog loves it here, and can't get through the door fast enough. Lots of activities. They can tire out a young Australian cattle dog, that's sayingsomething. Staff is super friendly and helpful, and their booking system is great.

They have good services and prices. My dog has pretty bad anxiety and they said they'd take it slow. Every time I looked at the web cam and the pictures they sent me, he had his tail between his legs and was panting. I would expect the staff to be able to read his body language well enough to know he was uncomfortable and to share that with me. For dogs that are better socialized this will be a great facility but just wasn't for my pup.

They only keep cameras on from 10-2. I want to be able to glance over at my dog anytime she’s there. They say it’s because dogs are coming and going before and after those times. So why hide that? Makes me wonder what else is going on before and after that time? All the other daycares keep their cameras on all day. There should be full transparency any time of day.Edit* I will be more than happy to edit this to a 5 star review if you decide to change your policy. I don’t understand the whole dog privacy issue; that seems off to me. Full transparency is best when it comes to cameras. There’s no downside to showing the quality of care all day. Plus, I would like to see how my dog behaves on trial days.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this doggy daycare. My dog is in love with all the staff, they offer walks during their daycare time, and she always comes home exhausted from her day of playing!
