My fiance and I decided to give Royal Carpet One the business for our home renovation and we are very glad we did! John and Telly are a pleasure to work with. With each communication they were courteous, knowledgeable and very accommodating! To carryout both the carpet and vinyl floor install, they sent Mike and Jim who were always very friendly, prompt and did a great job. I am a very particular person and although we had a few hiccups along the way, upon bringing the areas of concern to the attention of John and Telly, they were quick to come up with solutions that worked for us, making sure we were 100% happy with the work! I would definitely recommend this team and business.
