Terrible customer service. They're incompetent, treat customers who are on certain types of medication like they're trash and openly talk about customers in a derogatory manner loud enough for the whole pharmacy to hear. I've seen and heard all of this personally. The way they conduct themselves is disgusting. There are plenty of other pharmacies to choose from in Windsor. My advice is to go ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

The wait for any prescription was extremely long. There were many instances were I waited 2 hours to fill a prescription.I've also had several rude interactions with pharmacists & pharm techs. The male pharmacist (younger, 30-40 in age range) was extremely rude, and snapped at me and walked away.I've also had a pharmacy technician say I couldn't have a prescription because it was Saturday, even though there wasn't any real reason I couldn't have it....Most of the other pharmacists & pharmacy technicians were ok.

Great customer service. Heather is a great pharmacist..professional yet friendly and caring... Most of the staff is the same and they're always willing to help and offer advice. Have dealt with several pharmaceys in the last 14 years and the stigma and attitude that some pharmacists and pharm assistants have given me and others because of the medication were taking doesn't seem to exist here at all.... It was a refreshing change to say the least..Highly recommended. Have no intentions of switching again. =)

Pharmacy tech always look really miserable and don't seem to mind coming off rude to costumers. I also agree that prescriptions can sometimes take an hour or more to fill. Yesterday I asked for a prescription refill with the RX number, I recieved the wrong medication at the wrong dosage but they refused to give me a refund. Go somewhere else. Either guardian treats their employees terribly (probably) or they are aweful at hiring people.
