0 stars for this awfullness.. The worst service I have ever had in my entire life!!! Very very rude. Doesn’t know anything!!! Doesn’t want to help. Kept me on a long hold and charged me for it and when I asked about it she said “well you called us right?” And she came back from the hold without and answer. She kept saying look at the website and I replied if the info was there I’d have asked you! Like what in the world?!? I have never ever been this mad in my life. Absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely disgusted. Payed for the appointment, didn’t get a confirmation email. Called, emailed, no reply. I literally TOOK the bank receipts to the office, they DENIED the evidence. Such a fraud. Great job appointing these monsters to work, government of UK.

After a lengthy phone menu queue I received the following.....advice over the phone is available at the rate of 69/p minute. You want me to pay to ask the consulate a question. Nice.

Did not receive help through the automated call service, there was no option to talk to someone who can answer my questions.

They don’t publish their address because they don’t want you to find their empty office which is always closed. If you try calling them be prepared for a maze of automated messages only to be told to go to the website. Is there really any point to this office other than to waste tax payer money? Complete waste of time.

They kept my passport for a month without processing. I had to email them which costs around 4$ (yes for one email, never had that experience before with any consulate). They processed my visa right after the email and the Valid from" date on my Visa was 3 days after the email

Useless phone number. Nobody will ever answer the call, it's just a thousand pre-recorded messages to listen to.
