I knew which vehicle I was interested in and he guided me through the entire purchasing experience!! I was able to ask every ridiculous question I had and he assured me that I was not being overly critical of the process!! 10/10 recommend Right Ride Moncton for a smooth, honest and successful purchase!!

My situation I thought would make the process of getting a vehicle extra difficult but I contacted Right ride and Kimberly was my salesperson, she was so quick to respond and reassured me that they could help me after I explained my situation. Within the same day I had bought my vehicle. Kimberly was amazing, quick, reliable and the staff at the office was super funny and it felt like a family atmosphere. The financing lady, Ashley was also great at trying to help to get the best rates. They even offered FREE DELIVERY! I am extremely satisfied with my experience here and would not hesitate to refer any of my friends and family.

Zach was amazing and found me the perfect truck for my cross Canada RV tour. Was super easy, just told him what I was looking for and just a few days later I was in my truck. Highly recommend these guys!!!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would, big thank you to Kimberly, it was a long process waiting for my insurance to decide on what to do after my accident and Kimberly helped me every step of the way, she’s patient, kind, understanding, not your typical sales person, goes above and beyond. We just moved here from Ontario and needed a second car. We wanted to get some rough prices so went to look at what was available. Zack appared after a few minutes asking if we needed help. He gave us the information we needed, he was honest and very personable. We came back later that day to apply and Zack got us a great deal and kept in contact with us every step of the way. I bought my first vehicle in this dealership and I gotta say they make my experience a great and a smooth one.As a newcomer, it is sometimes difficult to understand the market and the processes, the Dealership staff was AMAZING to deal with.My salesman Fraser was very understanding with my condition as a newcomer. He helped me with the insurance, info about the car and overall process!!! I will definetly be sending some people over to Fraser...All the staff was really helpful, providing not only information about the vehicle and process, but about Moncton and its culture! Rob provided very good info in General and even some chocolate and candy for my little one who was getting upset!Shout out to Ryan (The Manager) who even uses his cellphone as a Hotspot so I would be able to process the Insurance Payment and provided very good info about car, insurance, city and general info!!!More than grateful!!! Probably buying a second car with them too!!!
